Handle end-to-end

recruitment process

: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Maintain and update employee records and databases. Manage

payroll processing

, attendance, and leave records. Support HR-related administrative tasks and documentation. Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in recruitment. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
