As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and make job offers. Your goal will be to ensure that the organization attracts and hires the best talent in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Post job openings and manage applications. Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker. Handle offer rollouts and basic salary negotiations. Ensure a smooth onboarding process. Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports. Support employer branding and candidate engagement.
