About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented

Field Recruiter

to join our Human Resource team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar staff, specifically

Pickers - Packers and Loaders

, for our fulfillment centers. Your primary goal is to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates to meet our daily operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing:

Identify and attract candidates through various channels, including job fairs, community outreach, local advertisements, and "Naka" (labor hub) visits.

Bulk Hiring:

Manage high-volume hiring drives to fill multiple positions quickly, especially during peak festive seasons (e.g., Big Billion Days).

Screening:

Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet physical requirements, age criteria, and basic literacy/documentation standards.

Documentation:

Collect and verify essential documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Details) for seamless onboarding and background verification.

Vendor Coordination:

Work closely with local manpower agencies and contractors where necessary.

Onboarding Support:

Facilitate the transition of new hires from the recruitment stage to their first day at the warehouse.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

6-1 year of experience in

Bulk/Volume Hiring

or Blue-Collar recruitment (Logistics, E-commerce, or Manufacturing background preferred).

Local Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the local geography and labor markets in the assigned region.

Communication:

Fluent in the local language and basic English/Hindi.

Resilience:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive daily/weekly joining targets. We are looking for recruiters various location in
