Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
based in Kerala. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Dubai, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition from India.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for Dubai-based roles.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates' suitability against client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and Dubai-based hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate with the Dubai team to understand client requirements and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
Immediate availability preferred.
