Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Position (NON IT Recruitment)
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for non-IT recruitment. Candidates with 5-6 months of internship experience will also be considered for this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
- Managing and coordinating with stakeholders
- Sourcing candidates from various job portals
- Scheduling interviews and facilitating negotiation processes
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment or relevant internship experience
- Location: New Alipore, Kolkata
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- This position is based on an office work mode
