Key Responsibilities:



Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews, evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment process - from posting job ads to onboarding new hires. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. Handle employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [industry]. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes. Proficient with recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
