Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process - from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Handle employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [industry].
