Role Overview

We are looking for a

Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

who can independently manage

end-to-end hiring

, driven by strong human evaluation skills and supported by

JobsifyAI as a decision-support system

.

You will own roles from

JD intake to candidate submission

, with a strong focus on

direct headhunting, deep screening, and high-quality client delivery

.

Key ResponsibilitiesHeadhunting & Talent Discovery

Identify candidates through

direct headhunting

, referrals, professional networks, and prior relationships Conduct

manual research and personalized outreach

to engage passive candidates Build and maintain

long-term talent pipelines

for niche and repeat roles
JobsifyAI (Internal Tool) Usage

Use JobsifyAI for: Job description structuring and role clarity Resume parsing and structured candidate profiling Explainable skill and experience matching Candidate history and performance tracking Apply

human judgment on top of AI insights

Candidate Evaluation & Screening

Perform

deep resume analysis

(skill depth, domain relevance, career stability) Conduct structured screening discussions to assess: Technical / functional competence Communication clarity Motivation and cultural alignment Clearly identify and document

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

Own the full lifecycle:

JD intake ? role understanding ? headhunting ? screening ? client submission ? interview coordination

Prepare

clear, high-quality candidate summaries

for stakeholders Maintain accurate candidate status and documentationClient & Process Discipline Act as a

trusted hiring partner

by setting realistic expectations Follow KA's

human-in-the-loop hiring policy

Ensure compliance with

data privacy standards

(GDPR / DPDP)
What This Role Does

NOT

Required Skills & Experience

3-8 years of experience in

headhunting, executive search, or consultant-style recruitment

as decision support Strong written and verbal communication High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
