Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for roles in SEO, SEM, Content, Design, Social Media, and other digital marketing functions
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Post job openings across job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Support employer branding initiatives and help promote open roles.
