to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding qualified talent. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various selection processes and strong decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and create job descriptions accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial rounds of interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain applicant tracking and update reports regularly.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary and finalize offer letters.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain hiring-related MIS and recruitment dashboards.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with an agency.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / or a related field.
MBA in HR is a plus (preferred).
