A Recruiter is responsible for managing the full hiring cycle--sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates--to ensure the organization attracts and hires qualified talent in line with business needs. The role involves close coordination with hiring managers and maintaining a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, campus hiring, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Maintain candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems
Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiation
Assist in onboarding formalities for selected candidates
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, consultants, and candidates
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio)

Understanding of labor laws and HR policies (basic)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
