We are looking for a Recruiter cum Talent Acquisition Executive / Sr. Executive with strong experience in the

Road Infrastructure & Construction Infrastructure industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for Road & Construction Infrastructure roles. Strong hands-on experience with

Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia and other job portals

. Search, shortlist, download relevant resumes and coordinate interviews. Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, release offer letters. Manage joining formalities and collect all required documents. Prepare HR letters: Appointment, Increment, NDA, Relieving, Experience letters. Handle admin work: phone bills, new email ID creation, internet & IT coordination. Support general HR operations as required.

Requirements:

4-5 years recruitment experience in

Road/Construction Infrastructure industry

. Strong communication skills & candidate management. Age: 30 to 35.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.: 4 years (Preferred)
