Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments Source and screen resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders Foster positive candidate experiences and promote the company culture Assist in employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Comfortable with using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools Preferred: Female candidates as part of our diversity & inclusion goals

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
