We're looking for a recruiter who has worked at small B2B SaaS companies and has successfully sourced passive talent and screened inbound applications to join our team and help us scale to the next level.
What you will do
Sourcing & Headhunting: hunt for passive talent
Conduct preliminary interviews using fixed sets of questions
Regularly publish and refresh job postings
Prepare reports for each position
Send employment contracts and onboarding emails
What we expect from you
2+ years of recruiting experience in growing small-sized B2B SaaS companies (preferably companies without funding or with minimal funding)
Proven track record of successfully hunting passive candidates, strong experience with outbound sourcing strategies
You thrive in chaos and ambiguity. You don't need strict frameworks - you bring leadership and ask for help when needed. You're hands-on and can roll up your sleeves to dive into details. You've experienced active growth at previous companies and know how to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
We're looking for someone who can start quickly and deliver results fast. If you're currently employed, we can start with a limited-scope project on a part-time basis (evenings/weekends) before transitioning to full-time.
