Responsibilities
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its job openings.
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree ...
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
Analytical skills to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
