Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter with a strong background in sales or business development who is eager to apply their persuasion and relationship-building skills to hiring. The role requires someone who understands sales-driven approaches and can effectively engage and convert candidates while managing the full recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination & closing.

Use job portals, LinkedIn, and networking to build qualified candidate pipelines.

Engage and convert candidates using a sales-driven, consultative approach.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Maintain ATS records and share regular hiring updates.

Requirements

Mandatory: 2-3 years' experience in sales or business development.

Mandatory: recruitment experience also.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).

Ability to work remotely with ownership and target orientation.
