Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in [industry/company type].

Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
