Key Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze job requirements. Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.). Screen resumes and applications. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Create job descriptions and post job ads. Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback. Maintain a database of potential candidates. Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements:

Fluent communication skills

are a must. If experienced, you should be skilled in: Sourcing and screening candidates effectively Creating detailed and clear JDs Having a sound understanding of the full recruitment cycle
Candidates worked in a job placement agency will be preferred
