Requirements:

Any graduate/Diploma+ MBA HR
Minimum 2 years of experience in working manufacturing positions like mechanical background positions: production, maintenance, design, quality, and purchase roles.
Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English.
Must be well versed with job portals ( naukri, Indeed & linkedin)
Must have good rapport building & networking skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Must have good follow up skills.
Must have own good condition laptop & internet connection. (device/wifi)
Must be ready to work in result oriented environment
Must be ready to meet Client deliverables in fastest pace.
Key Responsibilities:

Proper Understanding the job requirements and creating job postings & mass mails.
Sourcing quality candidates through various job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screening resumes according to Client requirements (technically & Culturally fit candidates) and conducting their initial interviews.
Strong follow up & Coordination with candidates for interviews
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Handle offer negotiations and follow up for joining confirmation.
Maintain close communication with candidates during notice period to prevent dropouts.
Consistently improving on quality parameters for better shortlisting.
Strict adherence to systems & processes defined by company.
