As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment activities to meet the company's staffing needs.
Responsibilities
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes
Implement talent management strategies to retain top performers
Utilize HR sourcing techniques to build a strong candidate pipeline
Conduct internal recruiting for potential promotions or lateral moves
Experience
Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a Finance recruitment
Familiarity with HR systems such as ATS (ZOHO)
Knowledge of succession planning and talent management practice
Strong understanding of employee orientation and onboarding processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
