Strategic Sourcing

Design creative funnels across LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, online communities, and cold-outreach tactics. Build and nurture talent pipelines spanning North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

Interviewing & Selection

Run structured, insight-rich interviews to test skill, culture fit, and bias-for-action. Present concise scorecards that help hiring managers reach quick, data-backed decisions.
Must-Have Skills & Experience

3 + years

full-cycle recruiting for a small or mid-sizecompany (
150 staff). Demonstrated ability to close

3-4 hires per month

in fast-growth environments. Proven success hiring

international

and

remote

employees across multiple time zones. Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, sourcing automation, and ATS workflow design. Stellar written & spoken English; crystal-clear, persuasive communicator.
