What you'll do:Recruiters are responsible for attracting qualified candidates to our organization by utilizing various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.
They collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to find top talent. Once they have identified potential candidates, they conduct initial phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess fit and interest in the role.
If the candidate progresses to final round interviews, the recruiter will schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and provide support throughout the interview process.
After the hire, they ensure onboarding processes run smoothly and maintain positive employee relations.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong organizational abilities.
The successful candidate will ideally have:Source passive candidates through creative means including LinkedIn, etc.
Build relationships with internal clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and execute them effectively.
Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews to identify the best candidates.
Coordinate schedules and prepare for interviews, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including notes from interviews and other relevant documents.
Exposure on APAC Hiring is Mandatory for this role, especially in Indonesia Singapore, Australia location.
Assist with offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employment practices.
Handle confidential matters professionally and discreetly.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably within a corporate setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Exposure on APAC Hiring is Mandatory for this role, especially in Singapore, Indonesia, Australia location.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Understanding of different recruiting methods and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
