Schedule interviews between candidates and employers.
Follow up with both candidates and companies after interviews.
Job Posting and Promotion
Post job openings on Indeed, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, and other portals.
Respond to candidate applications and messages.
Help in creating attractive job post content using Canva or templates.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain candidate and company data in Google Sheets and Excel.
Use Google Forms for candidate registration.
Draft professional emails and maintain communication logs.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills for company and candidate calls.
Strong email drafting and written communication with professional etiquette.
Knowledge of Indeed, Facebook Jobs, LinkedIn, and other job posting platforms.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Gmail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Confident personality with good interpersonal and coordination skills.
