We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Recruiter

to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases. Handle initial HR discussions and salary negotiations. Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using recruitment tools and platforms. The candidate should be proficient in sourcing, screening, conducting initial HR rounds, and coordinating interviews and onboarding. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases. Conduct initial HR discussions and support salary negotiations. Ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding for selected candidates. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across BPO/KPO, IT & Non-IT, and bulk recruitment. Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
