Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

o Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire IT professionals.



o Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.


o Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.

Collaboration:

o Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.


o Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive salary ranges.



o Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Candidate Engagement:

o Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.



o Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.

Market Research:

o Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive hiring practices.



o Use market data to advise on hiring strategies and improve recruitment processes.

Reporting and Analysis:

o Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources. o Analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Recruiter or similar role, with a solid understanding of IT roles and technologies. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques, including passive candidate sourcing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
