Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or BA (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 6 month or above proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
Familiarity with recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
