to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating international candidates for overseas placement, ensuring a smooth recruitment cycle while maintaining excellent candidate and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Overseas placements across various industries.
Identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Educate candidates on job roles, visa processes, cultural expectations, and relocation requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and international clients/employers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure timely updates and smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong database of candidates and client contacts.
Meet monthly/quarterly conversion targets and report performance to the Recruitment Manager.
Ensure all recruitment documentation and compliance are properly managed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in Overseas recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures and visa processes is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
