Non-Technical Recruiter
to join our HR team at the head office in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
s (JDs)
and
Job Specifications (JSs)
for various roles across departments.
Conduct
resume screening
and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for non-technical positions.
Source candidates through multiple platforms such as
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
, and other job portals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related field).
1+ year of experience
in recruitment or HR operations.
Good understanding of job portals and recruitment channels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Compensation:
Commensurate with skills and experience.
