We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions across various business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to identify and attract the right talent to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding.
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and practices.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-IT domains (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.).
Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS/HR tools is a plus.
