:We are looking for two strong recruiters with an academic background in B.Com or M.Com to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage multiple requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, references, etc.) Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports in the ATS.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com). Prior experience in finance, voice process, or technical support will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach. Good knowledge of MS Office tools and ATS platforms is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,317.20 - ₹49,079.54 per month
