Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
Recruiter
with a strong background in the
hospitality industry
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a passionate, guest-centric workforce by identifying and hiring top talent across operations, design, projects, marketing, and on-ground hospitality roles.
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle -- from understanding manpower requirements to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various hospitality roles -- front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest services, operations, and support teams.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
Interview & Selection Process
Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with department leads for final rounds.
Design and manage recruitment tests or skill assessments where needed.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Employer Branding
Collaborate with marketing and HR to create engaging hiring campaigns and job posts that reflect the company's culture and values.
Represent the company at job fairs and industry events to attract quality talent.
Onboarding & Documentation
Oversee joining formalities and coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment MIS, track metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance, attrition), and report weekly updates.
Process & Compliance
Ensure hiring practices align with company policies and statutory norms (EPF, ESI, background checks, etc.).
Continuously improve recruitment processes for better efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the
hospitality or service sector
(resorts, hotels, homestays, or related domains).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and HR tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multi-department coordination.
