Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Blue Collar Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for entry-level and skilled trades positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and ensure the recruitment process is smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Verify candidate documents and qualifications.

Assist in onboarding new employees.

Maintain recruitment records and reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in recruitment, especially in blue-collar hiring, is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-volume hiring.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Basic computer skills.
