Salary Range: ₹1.2 LPA - ₹1.8 LPA

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive - Internal Hiring (Non-IT) to support the recruitment function for our internal roles. The candidate will primarily be responsible for candidate calling, basic screening, and coordination, while interviews and final selection processes will be handled by the senior recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to candidates for non-IT internal openings.
Conduct basic telephonic screening to check interest and initial suitability.
Share candidate details with the senior recruiter for next-level evaluation.
Coordinate with candidates for interview availability and follow-ups.
Maintain daily calling reports and update candidate status regularly.
Post job openings on portals and social media (as guided by senior).
Support recruitment documentation and maintain candidate records.
Assist in basic onboarding coordination whenever required.
Participate in internal team discussions for active requirements.
Required Skill Set:
Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA in HR is an added advantage.
Experience in non-IT hiring support or telecalling is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a confident calling approach.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Ability to work independently and meet calling targets.
Must have a laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection, as this is a WFH position.
