\xe2\x96\xa0 Sourcing candidate through various channels like LinkedIn, job boards etc
\xe2\x96\xa0 Conducting initial interviews and setting candidates\xe2\x80\x99 expectations
\xe2\x96\xa0 Developing and maintaining the candidate database as valuable assets of the company
\xe2\x96\xa0 Developing and managing customer and candidate relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
\xe2\x96\xa0 Managing the recruitment and selection processes by liaising effectively with the customer, candidate, and internal team
\xe2\x96\xa0 Monitoring applications/responses received and making sure that candidates\xe2\x80\x99 applications are processed efficiently
\xe2\x96\xa0 Placing suitable candidates successfully to customers
\xe2\x96\xa0 Seeking the best talents by implementing networking, headhunting, ad posting, and other strategic methods

Job Type: Full-time Pay: 915,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
