Manage the complete recruitment cycle for a wide range of technology roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.)
Execute both active and passive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AngelList, etc.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist technical candidates based on role requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to deeply understand technical needs and team dynamics.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline with quick turnaround times.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Maintain records, dashboards, and performance metrics using the ATS and internal systems.
Requirements
1-4 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
Proven success in hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and Product Engineers.
Prior experience with a staffing or consultancy firm is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
