We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in consultancy or recruitment firms. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to IT and Non-IT hiring, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. This role involves managing multiple requirements, coordinating with clients, and delivering quality hires within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
Understand client requirements and execute effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
Negotiate offers and support joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reports.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory experience in a consultancy or recruitment firm.
Proven expertise in IT and Non-IT hiring.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency with job portals, ATS, and MS Office.
