Key Responsibilities:

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills and job fit.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate databases, track progress, and prepare recruitment reports.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or recruitment firm.
Strong sourcing skills using various job portals and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
