Fresher HR Recruiter

Salary:

?8,000 to ?15,000 per month (Plus performance incentives)

Experience:

Fresher / 0-1 Year (Internship experience preferred)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in any stream (HR/Management preferred)

Core Responsibilities (Focus Areas)

Sourcing & Screening:

Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.

Screen hundreds of resumes

daily to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial

telephonic/video interviews

(phone screening) to assess basic fit and communication skills.

Coordination & Admin:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the

candidate database

and tracking sheet (ATS/Excel). Handle general

recruitment documentation

and new-hire paperwork.
Required Skills

Excellent Communication

(Verbal & Written English). Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Proficiency in

MS Office

(Word, Excel) and basic internet usage. A strong willingness to learn the full recruitment process
