Role Overview

White Rivers Media (WRM) is looking for a Contractual Recruiter to support high-priority hiring across digital marketing, creative, and emerging AI-led roles. This role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, and coordination in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for digital, creative, and AI-focused roles Source candidates using LinkedIn (free tools), referrals, and direct outreach Conduct initial screening calls to assess skill fit, experience, and availability Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication Maintain hiring trackers and share regular status updates with stakeholders Support quick turnaround hiring for contractual and short-term mandates

Digital Marketing (Performance, SEO, Social, Content) Creative & Design (Copywriters, Designers, Video) AI & New-Age Roles (Prompt Strategists, AI Designers, AI Content roles)

Qualifications & Experience

1.5-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Prior experience hiring for digital, creative, or agency roles preferred Basic understanding of AI-led roles and digital skill sets Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to work on-site and manage fast-moving requirements
