Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Share interview feedback and follow up for closures
Roll out offer letters and ensure timely joining of candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate records
Support employer branding and hiring drives
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Experience in using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
MBA / PG in HR (Preferred)
Freshers with recruitment exposure may apply
