Job Description

Talent Sourcing & Screening



Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly. Source candidates through job portals, networking, social media, and referrals within agreed timelines. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' fitment, experience, and expectations. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for various ongoing requirements. Schedule interviews and coordinate with the candidates .

Candidate Management



Keep candidates informed at every stage of the hiring process. Guide candidates on interview preparation and role expectations. Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.

Operational Excellence



Update and manage recruitment trackers and internal systems. Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring patterns.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent sourcing and screening capabilities Ability to multitask and manage multiple mandates Strong follow-up and coordination skills Result-driven approach with attention to detail Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
