Guide candidates on interview preparation and role expectations.
Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.
Operational Excellence
Update and manage recruitment trackers and internal systems.
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring patterns.
