We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Part-Time Recruiter
to support our hiring needs across multiple roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes to shortlist profiles based on the job requirements.
Conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess fit, experience, and communication.
2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain timely communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Share daily/weekly updates on recruitment progress.
3. Job Posting & Database Management
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Build a talent pool for future openings.
4. Offer & Closure Support
Conduct salary negotiations and manage offer rollouts (as required).
Assist in pre-joining checks, follow-ups, and documentation.
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and job portals.
Ability to manage multiple roles with tight timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working remotely with accountability and ownership.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, or Excel/Google Sheets.
Work Hours
Flexible working hours (25 30 hours/week) depending on workload.
Availability for candidate calls and coordination during standard working hours.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
