to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various overseas job requirements and coordinating with sub-agents, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment sub-agents.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements shared by clients.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients (online and offline).
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports accurately.
Follow up with candidates for documentation, medicals, and visa processing.
Coordinate with the head office and client representatives to ensure all recruitment activities are completed on schedule.
Support mobilization and deployment processes as needed.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets within deadlines.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (overseas recruitment experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with online job portals and sourcing methods.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office and email communication).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
