Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for technical and functional roles
Source candidates using
LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback
Maintain candidate pipelines and update hiring dashboards
Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process
Support employer branding and referral programs#
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred)
1-4 years of experience in
Technical Recruitment
(IT roles)
Strong understanding of tech skills (e.g., .NET, Angular, iOS, etc.)
Familiar with modern hiring tools and ATS platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
