We are seeking a dynamic IT/Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to
interviewing and hiring great employees. The goal is to attract top talent to drive the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring the timely hiring of
qualified candidates across multiple functions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
Screen CVs, conduct initial phone screenings, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage recruitment pipelines, providing consistent communication and feedback candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, expectations, and to define key competencies for each role.
Maintain a strong talent pool for current and future openings.
Conduct reference checks and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Track and manage recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
0 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficiency in using Zoho ATS (Zoho Recruit) will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple
roles simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
