Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up on interview process status and feedback.
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
