Part-Time Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and field sourcing. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate pipeline and database Provide timely updates and follow-ups to candidates Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns Handle onboarding support when needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in recruitment or HR preferred. Freshers are welcomed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should have knowledge about job portals like indeed, apna etc. Ability to work independently and manage your time Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
