Job Description

Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive:

Recruitment and Selection:

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; managing the hiring process.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee queries, grievances, and conflicts; ensuring a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

Conducting performance reviews, developing employee development plans, and providing feedback.

Compliance and Policy:

Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws; updating HR policies.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.

Employee Engagement:

Implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Benefits and Compensation:

Managing compensation and benefits packages.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and other administrative functions.

Additional Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Offboarding:

Managing new hire orientation and employee exit procedures.

Budget Management:

Monitoring and managing the HR budget.

Strategic Planning:

Contributing to the development of HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
