Non-IT Recruiter

to join our team in Pune! If you have

2 to 4 years of experience

in end-to-end recruitment and a passion for talent acquisition, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
Screening profiles & scheduling interviews

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline

What We're Looking For:

2 to 4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
