Immediate Hiring for MBA Fresher for Recruitement(IT & NON IT)
Location: Madurai (Chinna Chokkikulam)
Gender:Female
Timing :9.30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
Annual CTC:Rupees 1,44,000 to 2,40,000
Roles and Responsibilities
Meeting recruitment targets.
Sourcing CVs from job portals, social sites, employee referrals etc.
Scheduling interview with clients either virtual or f2f
Follow up with candidates till joining the organisation.
Experience iun handling IT and NON IT profiles
Understanding JD, postiing ads in job portals like Naukri, Shine , etc..
