Overview :

We are looking for a results-driven recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within the marketing domain, to join our team and drive our hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring needs in alignment with business objectives and ensure a strategic approach to talent acquisition. Create customized job descriptions tailored to each position, ensuring clarity and role alignment. Develop and execute recruitment and talent strategies to fill roles within a two-week timeframe. Maintain a proactive talent pipeline while staying attuned to evolving business needs. Champion college placements by building strong relationships with universities and attracting top emerging talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint to enhance employer brand perception. Strive for a drop-off rate of less than 5% by implementing engagement strategies. Build and maintain dashboards that provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making in people management. Ensure an exceptional employee experience, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. Continuously improve the quality of hires by refining assessment processes and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.


Qualifications & Skills:

2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry. Proven track record of closing positions within tight deadlines. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking. Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with business needs. Experience in campus hiring and relationship-building with educational institutions. Proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment dashboards to guide hiring decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. * Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like Hiro(Keka).
